We process a County Court Judgment via the Lord Chancellors County Court Bulk Centre (Claim Production Centre), THE SAME DAY that we receive your written or online instructions, who immediately instruct the local County Court Bailiff to attend if your debt is under £600.

If your debt is over £600 the judgment is transferred to the High Court Enforcement Officer for enforcement.

If the debtor fails to pay a county court judgment (CCJ) within one month this is registered and will affect the debtors credit rating. A CCJ remains registered for 6 years.
